Acceptable stay with some issues
worn mattress limited options
The mattress was past its best. I found only a small choice of items at the continental selection, and the whole breakfast serving time was too restrictive. We really NEEDED more options.

good standard rooms comfortable bed super clean room
Selina was very accommodating and let us park our car earlier than check in. she also left it for the day when checked out. rooms are a very good standard. I found the bed comfortable. the shower was lovely and everywhere was super clean, i must mention.

insufficient heating blocked fire exit
the breakfast was good.
The room's heating was insufficient on a rainy day. Wet clothes had nowhere to dry. the fire exit near the room was blocked. This is concerning.

Selina was a wonderful host and always available. the room included shampoo and shower gel. breakfast was delicious. There was a great selection of cereals fruit and yogurt.
